1:1 Coaching

Empowering you to transform your health through natural means, using nutritional therapy, functional testing and mindset medicine.

I hold consultations both online (using Zoom) and in-person in South Devon. After delving into your health story, I work like a detective to pinpoint the root causes behind your ill heath, then create a tailor-made plan to move you towards transformation. Together, we set clear goals to work towards and through regular sessions I help you find your way back to good health so you can focus on the things in life that really matter.

How much does it cost?

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) – £220

First follow up and follow up with test results to review (45 minutes) – £150

Follow up without test results (40 minutes) – £120

Anoushka

Hi, my name is Anoushka and I’m a nutritional therapist, functional medicine practitioner and health coach, specialising in gut health, women’s health and nervous system support.

I work with you to find food that nourishes your body and a life that nourishes your soul. I believe every meal should be completely delicious – the myth of healthy food being just about bland salads or ‘rabbit food’ is completely outdated. There is a revolution of wellness happening globally, and consequently so many online recipes, wonderful cookbooks and innovative restaurants out there to help inspire and make your mouth water.

I use the Functional Medicine model to assess health, which means a holistic approach. I look at the interaction of different body systems, the communication between cells, chemical imbalances that may be present, signs of nutrient and mineral deficiencies, food intolerances/ allergies, environmental factors, genetic predispositions, recurring illness patterns in your family medical history and the timeline of your health from gestation all the way up to the present day. My goal is always to identify the root causes underlying health problems, rather than just suppressing symptoms.

I am especially interested in the link between gut and brain health and have seen first hand the powerful transformations that can take place through working with nutritional therapy in this area. I recently had the privilege of working with Dr Natasha Campbell Mcbride to become one of her GAPS certified practitioners. GAPS stands for Gut and Psychology/Physiology Syndrome. The GAPS plan is a protocol aimed at improving mental and physical health through comprehensive healing of the digestive system.

Katherine

Katherine started her nutrition journey in Queens Belfast where she studied Food Quality, Safety and Nutrition. Where she realised her true interest in was in personalised one to one nutrition. Whilst completing her BSc she went on to obtain a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from The Institute of Optimum Nutrition; a highly respected academic body.

Over the last 5 years Katherine has honed her knowledge and skills through working in a number of Health Optimisation and Functional Medicine clinics in central London. These include: LMS Wellness; BelleCell and Harpal Clinic. Whilst also managing her own private practice where she has seen over 200 clients. She also completed a qualification in Health Coaching as she found so much of her work revolved around behaviour change. She uses these skills in her consultation approach to help her clients make longterm changes and better support them.

Katherine wanted to expand her knowledge further and embarked on a Masters in Nutrition for Global Health with The London School of Hygiene & Tropical Medicine. She completed this in September 2022 and has gone back into clinical practice again with an expanded knowledge and skills around understanding population health. She also obtained certification with the Association for Nutrition (AfN).

Katherine has experienced her own personal journey with IBS and acne whilst at university, and understands the difficulties these can bring to everyday life. Having learnt how to manage these symptoms through lifestyle changes she understands the challenges that ill health can bring and the ups and downs on the road to improvement. She therefore takes an empathetic approach with her clients and is committed to providing the necessary support, patience and encouragement until the end goal is reached.
